Research On Reliability Growth Test And Design Of Military SSD

Reliability growth theory and reliability growth test are researched in this thesis. Based on characteristics of military SSD, reliability growth design and project of military SSD are proposed. The Duane model, the AMSAA model and the Gompertz model are introduced. And based on the first two models, the chart analytic method and the statistical analysis method are launched. Combianed with Chinese Military standard of the complex military environment, the environment tests are carried on. Simultaneously, the reliability growth analysis and the improvement to the test result.This article will mainly research on reliability growth tests and analyzes of SSD. The main work and innovations are as follows:1. Based on the introduction of reliability growth's basic concept and characteristics of military SSD. According to the failure analysis and improvement, reliability growth test method and reliability growth basic flow and project are formulated.2. The Duane model, the AMSAA model and the Gompertz model are the tradition reliability growth models. And based on the Duane model and the AMSAA model, the chart analytic method and the statistical analytic method are discussed.3. After the reliability growth test platform under the complex military environment is builted, experiment standard and the concrete flow of military SSD are formulated. Data of reliability growth test is recorded after massive reliability growth experiments. Simultaneously, the above two kind of methods are carried on to analysis the data, corrective measures of the reliability growth are proposed. Then reliability growth tests are carried on again to calmulate and forecast the new MTBF, and the reliability growth effect is known.
