Design And Implementation For Logistics Management Information System For Dalian Huicheng Company

With the development of science and technology and the steady improvement of China's economy,the trades between countries and cities are the rapid growing.Logistics and distribution as the key mean of transport has been paid more and more attention by countries,cities,and enterprises.In China,for example,in the continuous development of the economic environment and a good market environment,China's logistics management market has begun to take shape,and already have a rapid development of the conditions,but the general level of information is still in the low level.The methods and ideas of the logistics management process mentioned in this paper are aimed to improve the business rules and efficiency of Huicheng Company,which could realize the closed loop in the business process,and effectively control the whole management and operation for this company.Based on the understanding and demand analysis of Huicheng Company's business and work flow,this paper designs a simple and easy-to-use logistics management information system based on three-tier structure,Java EE platform,Struts,Hibernate API,Spring and other technologies.The system analyzes and models the needed functions by using the state diagrams,the use case diagrams,the activity charts and other logistics management of the various business processes.This system realizes the five modules: order management,inventory management,distribution management,customer management and financial management.And the overall coordination between the modules ensures the use of functional integrity and the overall process of smooth.This system could ensure the practicality and effectiveness,and as much as possible to improve the efficiency of logistics and resource utilization,the logistics of scientific planning and inventory scheduling.In the process of transporting goods,the system could reduce the frequency of storage and handling of goods,reduce the use of personnel,reduce staff costs,and can increase the city's transport efficiency of goods and efficiency of enterprises.
