Design And Implementation Of Political-Legal Information Resource Sharing Platform

Since entering into the 21 st century,all levels of our government departments have established their own application systems under the promotion of the development of information technology.However,the information resource is independent of each other between these different application systems,while the information resource can't be effectively shared and use between departments,which caused huge waste of resources.In order to make full use of the information resource from different departments,and eliminate the Island Problem about the resources using from different departments,it is necessary to establish a common resource sharing platform.The staff in different department can find the information resources needed on this platform easily.Firstly,analyzed the present situation of the sharing construction of political-legal information resources in domestic and overseas,and made a detail investigation and analysis of the sharing platform of politics-legal system according to the situation of one of our city and the relevant standards carried by the government.Summarized the political-legal resources sharing platform construction goals and functional requirements.Then according to the functional requirements and the real condition of technology development,designed the political-legal in the whole structure,technical structure,database table structure,the division and function of each module.Secondly,based on the design,the functions of each module in the political-legal information resource sharing platform are implemented,including the sharing service information management module which provides the Web Service for data sharing;the resource catalog module for unified management,maintenance,access control and searching of resources;a metadata management module that describes resource storage information;and a system management module that manages user,role and operational rights in the platform.Finally,designed a detail test flow for the functions provided in the political-legal information resource sharing platform,and tested the main functions of the platform according to the steps in the testing process.Compared the test results from testing process with the actual experience results,it reaches the conclusion that the all function of the political-legal information resource sharing platform can run normally and stably.
