Design And Implementation Of The Information Sharing Platform For The Public Security Bureau Criminal Case Coordination

In the case of the construction of the rapid development of e-government, local or levels of police, courts and other judiciary countries have already built their own networks, among their respective departments. But now the information only for the interior of each sector, and external sector did not achieve openness and sharing, even more can not be shared across the entire information network, which makes the purpose of information technology has been distorted, a lot of manpower and material resources are badly wasted. Therefore, the study of how to connect the information between the courts of the judiciary, the Public Security Bureau, Bureau of Justice and others becomes an inevitable trend.This paper studies how to use advanced information technology on the basis of the initial construction information sharing platform to extend the existing imperfect functionality of the system, and to set up a professional, complete, comprehensive digital processing line and criminal investigators collaborative data platform according to the process and patterns of existing case. In the requirements analysis phase, the paper analyzes the process and means of criminal cases of public security bureau in detail, sorting out the functional and non-functional requirements of the system. In the system design module, the system gives the construction principle, the overall system architecture design, database design, security architecture design, shared private network design, system application architecture design and detailed design of the system. This section divided the system functional sub-module, gives the main flow chart of the system. In the implementation phase system function, we use the B / S software architecture system, using Oracle database technology to build a unified platform for data exchange, while realizes the system specific functions according to the division of functional modules. After the system was completed, the functional and performance of the system was tested and achieved good results.Politics and law police criminal case information sharing platform collaborative system using J2 EE, XML Web Services, application security, messaging middleware,storage area networks(SAN) and other related technologies, combined with government data center standard systems, realizes Politics and Law Information Public Security Bureau in criminal cases sharing platform collaboration system effectively. The systemis the management mode, standardized management system together to achieve standardization of information management, information resources and information services digital network, enabling it to become a better provide accurate for the public security departments Division, timely, comprehensive data sharing platform information. Reform the traditional mode of public security to handle criminal cases,and information technology online collaborative office, which will play an effective leadership of public security system; the efficiency of public security handle criminal cases, handling quality will also be greatly improved.
