Shaanxi Province Education Content Resource Publishing And Sharing Platform Design And Implementation

The establishment of educational resources sharing platform has been successivelycarried out in the world. Due to the lack of uniform standards, quality and fewerresources, repeated development phenomenon is serious; resource storage dispersed, nota large range of sharing, scientific management and effective utilization of educationalresources; publishing and sharing platform of relatively isolated, not realizinginterconnection, resource sharing and reuse of software etc.. Therefore, constructing theopen sharing, uniform standards of education resources publishing and sharing platformis the inevitable trend of realizing the information technology in education.This article builds an effective educational resources sharing platform as the goal,has analyzed the educational resources construction standard, the use of XML, WebService, Semantic Web technology and SOA architecture, established a system ofbusiness architecture model, hierarchical model, complete system of business processdesign. Based on the Service-oriented Architecture thought, put forward educationalresources platform of the system architecture and detailed design proposal, the existingeducation service integration and expansion. In an implementation, the use of XML andWeb Service protocol to transmit the versatility, the various functional modules intoindependent service, design and educational resources service interface definition,realization of loosely coupled, in the service of education unchanged interface, anychanges do not affect the use, better solve the educational resources distribution andsharing platform development of technical issues.Through the establishment of a convenient, efficient sharing of educationalresources platform, to facilitate teachers and students access to information, to provideor share information, realize the educational resources sharing to the greatest degree, inorder to reduce repeated construction and waste of educational resources.
