Development Of Mine Company Information Resource Collaborative Management Platform

With the continuous change of information management concept and the continuous progress of data processing and utilization means,the use and full utilization of information resources in the management process directly affect the substantive effect of company management.Mining company is an indispensable industrial basic industry,its production and working conditions are relatively poor,infrastructure construction is difficult,collaboration between management systems is weak,and data sharing is difficult.In the face of complex changes,various business operations and difficulties in coordination,overall management and collaborative operation are the inevitable requirements for improving the management level and promoting the development of enterprises.In this paper,the existing enterprise information resource management and data sharing technology is deeply researched.Combined with the needs of mine company information resource management,a set of information resource collaborative management platform based on data sharing technology is designed.The platform is divided into an interaction layer,an application layer,a support layer,and a resource layer.The interaction layer is responsible for providing the platform user with an interactive interface;the application layer provides the platform's use function,which is divided into five core modules: personal affairs,integrated office,production management,statistical analysis and data storage;the platform support layer completes the business data sharing of each unit.To achieve information resource coordination;the resource layer is the database of each unit,providing business basic data for the platform.Starting from the platform architecture,analyzing the characteristics of mine company information resources,using information resource classification,identifier coding and metadata information resource organization method,constructing mine company information resource catalogue system;using Web Services technology,publishing data by means of publishing subscription To achieve collaborative management of information resources.This paper designs and implements the platform function and human resource business module for the specific company human resource management business content.The platform functions include: information resource coordination,workflow,statistical report,and authority system;business modules include: organizational management,personnel management,Performance management,payroll management,self-service system.At present,China Steel's human resources management system has completed functional testing and has been officially launched and put into use.
