The dissertation discusses the realization of a system of real-time data acquisition and processing based on DSP , and introduces the design of software and hardware which to implement the system in detail.After introducing that a DSP (TMS320LF2407) is used as the central processor, the architecture and function of the system is described briefly. The hardware design for the system is introduced in detail , including DSP mini system, A/D conversion circuit and communication interface, also the logic design for CPLD is described . And the software design is described in detail as followed , the software for the system is mainly implemented in DSP including the controls of the data-acquisition, data processing and submitting. The dissertation also discusses how to improve the real-time responding ability and the precise of data processing of a data acquisition and processing system, and a method to implement FIFO in software is presented .
