Design And Implementation Of OA Management System Of Jiangsu Jinshi Rare Earth Co., Ltd.

With the surging tide of informationization in our country,most government and enterprise users have entered the information-based office era.People's learning and work are increasingly inseparable from various types of information tools.Under the guidance of the new round of informationization reform proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,the office informationization of government and enterprise users and small and medium-sized enterprises is in full swing.The informationization of government,enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises has been widely developed and multifaceted.Applications.This article begins with a detailed study of the government-enterprise user's office automation system(OA),and combines the localization of Jiangsu Jinshi rare company.It first describes the background and significance of the system research,followed by the Jinshi rare company in Jiangsu.The OA conducted requirements collection and demand analysis,and finally gave the overall design and detailed design and implementation plan.The work done in this article is summarized as follows:(1)Research status and background technical overview of automated collaborative office information system for government and enterprise usersFirst,this paper gives the research background and significance of the automated collaborative office information system,discusses the characteristics of the domestic and foreign government-enterprise users in the implementation of the automated collaborative office information system,and secondly,the related background of the automated collaborative office information system.The technology is described in detail,including common system architecture,system implementation core technology,database technology,and web front-end service technology.Finally,the implementation flow of common automated collaborative office information systems is also described,covering the front-end architecture selection.,Middleware selection and back-end database resource pool selection of three parts.(2)Combining with the situation of Jiangsu Jinshi rare company's localization,the company's automated collaborative office information system needs analysis.First of all,the investigation of the three major parts of the basic data resource environment,collaborative office environment,and internal application and process maintenance of Jiangsu Jinshishao Company was conducted.The existing problems and construction targets of Jiangsu Jinshishao Company were given.Second,according to the survey results.,respectively analyze the functional requirements and non-functional requirements,and output the system analysis models of the three functional requirements of basic data resource management subsystem,collaborative work subsystem,and application maintenance subsystem,and include functional modeling and interface models;finally,give The non-functional demand analysis results of Jiangsu Jinshishao Company.(3)According to the analysis of demand analysis,the overall design and function module design of the OA system of Jiangsu Jinshishao Company was carried out.The overall design of the OA system of Jiangsu Jinshishao Company includes two parts: the system design principle and the system architecture;the functional module design of the system's basic data resource management subsystem,collaborative work subsystem,and application maintenance subsystem is listed above.The module interface,interface structure,and module flow chart and timing diagram for the three major modules.The database implementation of the system is explained.(4)Implementation and Testing of OA System of Jiangsu Jinshishao CompanyCombined with the detailed design of the functional modules,the basic development environment,situational presentation,and test results achieved by the overall system implementation,system-based data resource management subsystem,collaborative work subsystem,and application maintenance subsystem are presented.From the test results point of view,the OA system of Jiangsu Jinshishao company designed by this paper can meet the overall needs of Jiangsu Jinshi rare company from the three aspects of functional indicators,non-functional indicators and performance indicators,and achieved good results.
