With the rapid development of communication technologies and cognitive radio technologies, spectrum has gradually become a scarce resource. As the need for such scarce resources is increasingly seen,it becomes even more important to perceive it.The design goal of this thesis is to effectively solve the problem of server delay and connection interruption during concurrent processing while enabling a large number of sensors to accurately receive data, graphical interface in the form of show. The platform mainly detects the frequency spectrum usage of the 2.1GHz-2.4GHz band.(1)The server architecture model and concurrent processing technology are used to design and implement an online detection platform for spectrum usage based on spectrum sensing by this thesis. The platform implements some functions such as user registration and authentication, forwarding identification processing, concurrent processing, data storage, and graphical interface display.(2)While implementing the platform function, this thesis tests the performance and function of the platform and display the spectrum usage status through a graphical page. The result of the test shows that the platform meets the design requirements.(3)According to the functional requirements of each module, this thesis is designed and achieves certain results. This thesis uses the port technology to make the server's delayed problem be solved, and also reduce the platform's overhead. The thesis uses many-to-many server forms to achieve accurate data reception and forwarding. It uses ORACLE database to implement data storage and historical data query. It uses a graphical interface to display spectrum detection information.
