The data storage and transmit management system is a part of information processing system upgrading project in the second phase and in the whole play a crucial role. The original information processing system in the center of the business data is stored in the local access- large backup center secondary distributed storage strategy: namely each access center set up more local data loading machine, loading machine is responsible for the business data is loaded into the local database access center storage system. By using Web interface and Oracle data base technology combination to realizes the distributed storage of mass data, and possesses the advantages of flexible control, feature abundant.The data storage and transmit management system has met the design requirements through the formal application enviornment. The field of data loading and transmit center could provide various perfect foundations according to the users requirements in official application environment as well as achieve a good effect in butt joint with original information processing system. After a period of trial operation, the system performance not only meets the demand of the company and users but also gets highly regarded from the leaders and users.
