With the popularity of communication technologies and software radio technology, spectrum resources are increasingly scarce and the use of spectral information become more extensively and heavier. Meanwhile, the rapid development of Internet technology and database technology marks a new beginning of spectrum sensing technology.Lots of sensors distributed by the distribution network to transmit the data stored in a particular data center, which provide a good condition to Spectrum sensing and also brings a lot of test on technical aspects.Goal of this paper is to meet the current distribution at the same time a large number of sensors distributed receive messages accurately and effectively solve servers based on their performance in handling concurrent connections lead to delays and loss of connection problems While correctly analysis the data, in order to achieve the reduction of the data.Based on the relative maturity of the existing network server architecture model and study concurrent processing technology, combined with the characteristics of the current server architecture, this paper design and implement a spectrum sensing system based on concurrent data transmission. By dividing the system into functional modules as user registration, user authentication, concurrent processing, forwarding recognition processing, data reduction, data storage, data compression, and interface display eight parts, through a modular approach to complete system functionality and complete system functionality and performance of the test,Information will be collected anddisplayed through the Web.In this paper, we follow the functional requirements of each module and made the following findings:1. Concurrent processing modules aimed atsolving the problem of concurrent delay by I/O completion ports skills. 2. Forwarding recognition processing modules is used to solve the accurate requests information from different terminal.3. Data Restore module is try to restore the received binary data by corresponding decryption algorithm, and make the raw data to be an easy one.4. Data storage module is used to decodethe data which stored in a distributed ORACLE database.5. Data compression module use Zlib compression technique to accomplish data compression and reduces the bandwidth in the transmission process, which slows down the pressure on the server well.6.User interface display module is to show the form of database information via the Web and the Android terminal and showing the perceived real-time spectral data in the form of graphs.
