With the rapid development of the Internet and the popularity of information technology, the concept of the way people live is undergoing tremendous change. With the era of rapid development of information, the need of data exchange and sharing has been growing. Meanwhile, the data sharing should be strictly limitedby the security boundaries. Thedemand of the data exchange is growing rapidly with the data volume growth. As we know, the core issues of data transmission across the security domains are the security and efficiency issues. Here, the security issues are not only the requirements of the data transmission channel to meet the security, integrity assurance, but also means that the network infrastructure and security of server deployments as well as the efficiency issues stand for the missions of how the real-time data could be reach the target rapidly and completely.Under this scenario, more and more researches focus on the efficient and flexible implementation of data transmission. And, how the big data transmit cross the domain rapidly and safely under the existing banking network system is the focus of this paper. This research selected the actual demands of data exchange between a commercial bank and regulatory agencies or other banks. We designed a data transmission system to solve the problem today’s bank faces. These are the data must be stored in the forwarding server, data that is transmitted in the plaintext and the process requires people involved. Our proposed system realized the asynchronous unblock mechanism by using the "epoll" which gave high-performance architecture and guaranteed the logical separation safety using the forwarding rules. At the same time, we solve the speed mismatch between domains through a variety of distribution sorting algorithm as well as how to forward data more efficient under the asynchronous unblockmechanism. In addition, we designed and implemented a complete user interface and data visualization module for our transmission system. After a serious of experiments, the results show that our proposed system fully meet the design requirements.
