With the development of science and technology,modern national defence and military technology has made huge progress.The function and performance of military weapons is continuely improving.At the same time,the difficulty of testing the military weapons systems is increasing.Therefore,automatic test system(ATS)has become the vital technology of military test field.As ATS is becoming more and more generalized,intelligent and networked,software is becoming more and more important in the test system.So the research of ATS software has great significiance.Therefore,the thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the data acquisition and analysis subsystem of the PCI e Xtensions for Instrumentation(PXI)test system.Firstly,this dissertation analyses the requirements of the the data acquisition and analysis system and presents the overall design of the system.By analyzing the funcitonal and non-functional requirements of the system in detail,the thesis specifies the design goal of the system,designs the system architecture and function structure,and describes the basic data structures and the system work flow.Secondly,according to the requirement of PXI automatic test system that collects analog data,switching states,angle data,1553 B data,serial communication data and network data,the data acquisition subsystem is designed and implemented.The subsystem consists of three functional modules: parameter setting,interface data acquisition and data transmition.It controls the data acquisition cards in the PXI test system,collectes and stores the interface data.These modules also implement simple data analysis and display.In the process of design and implementation of the data acquisition software,multi-thread technology is employed to manage and schedule the multiple task.Text file and database is used to store and manage the data.Thirdly,the data analysis subsystem is designed and implemented to meet the requirement of indepth analyse.The subsystem receives the data sent from the data acquisition computer through network.Then it provides a variety of analysis modes for users to analyze data in tabular form or waveform.The analysis results can be printed out through the printer.Finally,based on the hardware of PXI test system,the data acquisition and analysis system is tested.Results show that the function and performence of the system fullfill the design requirements.
