Modern production and logistics management contains four aspects, including production logistics information management, operations management, materials management and status monitoring. Logistics information plays the basic role in management, Therefore, data collection, system status monitoring and data analysis is particularly important in the process of modern production.This article takes temperature for example,use the virtual instrument technology to design a control system which integrates data collection, system status monitoring, and data processing functions in one system. Not only does it save the system expensive hardware resources, but also to facilitate the systematization of data in production logistics, integrated management.The article first introduces the background and status of the virtual instrument technology as same as the theory of data acquisition and multi-threading technology, which provides a theoretical basis for the system hardware and software design. Then this paper introduces the design of data acquisition module and communication module. Multi-threading technology in the data acquisition module and thread-safe queue of data protection mechanisms were used to enhance the response speed and real-time system qualities. The serial communication protocol provides high quality and high-speed data transfer rate which resolve the problem of data transmission and remote monitoring effectively.
