Design And Implementation Of Highway Maintenance Management System Based On WebService

The highway is the foundation of national economic development.With the continuous growth of the national highway mileage in recent years,the status of highway maintenance is becoming prominent.The demand of technological management for highway maintenance,particularly by means of information technology,is outstanding over the country now.Although some provinces introduced information system management which improves the work efficiency,there is still uncoordinated situation between the highway maintenance management and other business,mainly in the highway maintenance data could not be good for other highway industry management services,such as planning,construction and other management.The reasons for this result lie in two aspects.On one hand,the system data is the mutually independent.On the other hand,the data can't be real-time displayed on the map.It is imperative to establish a highway maintenance management system which closely follows the current trend of information development and realizes the interconnection and exchange of highway industry data.In order to solve the above requirements,this paper discusses the design and implementation of the highway maintenance management system in detail.First,adopting the SOA architecture on the overall design of the system,the system disassembles through applying WebService and forms a number of small service interfaces,and then assembles,which makes the system meet their business needs.More importantly,this reserves the front interface for the developing systems.Second,using the current excellent Baidu map platform as the Web GIS application platform,which provided GIS services for the system,and the Web GIS technology is also implementing with the Web Service technology,which makes it convenient to reserve interfaces for future calls to local GIS services.The highway maintenance management system is developing under the guidance of software engineering,and completing the analysis,design,implementation and test of the system in turn.The system is based on J2 EE development platform,using Oracle database,and based on detailed analyses of the system requirement and functional structure,analyzing the system requirements and designing and packaging of system services,combing and reusing various services,to achieve the road resistance management,daily maintenance management,road maintenance management,bridge maintenance management,special project maintenance management and other functions.The design of the system,with opening architecture and standardized service interface,not only has good maintainability and scalability,but also docks external system with the interface when necessary,which lays the foundation for interoperability of other service system in the future.
