Research And Implementation Of Highway Assets Maintenance Management System Based On WebGis

In order to strengthen the informationization management of highway assets maintenance, realize the visualization operation of road network information, improve the efficiency of maintenance management work, the paper studied a new solution of how to achieve the system of highway assets maintenance management, designed and realized "Highway Assets Maintenance Management System Based on WebGis" which faced to the demand of highway assets maintenance management.The paper researches highway assets maintenance management, the application of development platform based on SVG's WebGis, the browser/server (B/S) network technique model, MVC development model, and determines the technology roadmap of system. According to the demand of the system of highway assets maintenance management, the feasibility study and needs analysis is made, and the system structure is researched, the management system of Highway Assets Maintenance based on WebGis is developed using the method of object-oriented programming. The system completes the functions of the visualization operation of road network information, the informationization management of maintenance data, the creating of maintenance plan. The test to the system functions, user interface, compatibility, security shows that:the system functions are designed reasonably, the system running is smooth and reliable and the system interface is friendly, achieving the target expected of the system research."Highway Assets Maintenance Management System Based on WebGis" which is researched by the paper, has the characteristics of being suitable for network applications, the operation intuitiveness to be good, the system compatibility to be good, low cost, the data easy to share, flexible system,short development cycle, easy maintenance and so on, provides a reliable operating environment and technical support for Highway Maintenance Management and has great significance for achieving the management of information of the conservation and management of highway assets.
