The Design And Implementation Of The Maintenance Information Management System For City-T Highway

Construction of highways in Tianjin has been advancing year after year,with nearly 20 highways completed currently such as Jinghu,Changshen,etc.By 2020,the highway will reach mileage of 1500 km.In terms of demand,maintenance construction will play a more and more important role in general highway administration,while to construct high speed maintenance information management system matching highway network can improve greatly highway maintenance management efficiency and economic benefit,facilitate the car owners' learning traveling information,make information between highway maintenance and management more coherent,thereby enabling integration of people,vehicles and road.The thesis first investigated the current status of domestic and foreign highway informatization management system to analyze operation experience of existing map information issuing platform and to research related information management system such as existing information issuing system of highway road condition and management system of refined routine maintenance,etc.,then the actual advantages and disadvantages of information management of highway maintenance in Tianjin was analyzed.What follows is how to perfect and improve existing management system,and main architecture of maintenance information management system and information functional architecture of each functional module was built.Then the paper put forward suggestions of improvement strategy for highway information management system in Tianjin,and improved the functionality of the researched system to add more humanization and operability to it by analytical study on information interactive interface.Lastly,the author presented a summary of the research subject,put forward guarantee measures for information system construction and envisioned systematic application,in the hope of building a sustainably recyclable information management system for highway maintenance and elevating information management level and maintenance quality by pushing forward highway informatization through system construction.
