| Highway pavement management system has been provided to be an effective tool forcapital maintenance allocation and scientific maintenance no matter the foreign practicalresults or domestic research and exploration of later period. It reinforces the advantage ofmodern scientific management. Shaanxi highway development has achieved a great dealfrom11th five-year to now. For the developed expressway network and improving ordinaryroads network, traditional maintenance decision-making model cannot satisfy the demandof modern highway development. So as to change the condition of traditionalMaintenance decision-making, this article try to carry out the exploration and research ofHighway pavement management system for the current highway maintenance. There arefour main parts, the first part is consist of entire framework of highway pavementmanagement system and the function of each module and the technological line to realizethe function of the system. The frame is made of highway basic data management, conditionevaluation management, maintenance decision and system management. The second partconsists of the design and realization of highway pavement management system database,and also the composition of each module. The third parts consists of the evaluate system ofhighway pavement performance. The fourth parts consists of the prediction model ofhighway pavement performance, maintenance decision-making model, maintenancedecision and scenario base, maintenance report. |
