Research On Discourse Interaction In The Crisis Communication Of Shenzhen "12·20" Landslide Accident

The study focuses on the Shenzhen "12·20" landslide accident,a typical sudden public crisis event.Under the guidance of the concept of "putting discourse and language at the center of social practice and process" proposed by Foucault,using discourse analysis and content analysis,and Combined with the different stages of landslide accident propagation,this paper probes into the hidden competition,cooperation and the power constructing the reality in the interaction among official discourse,media discourse and public discourse in Shenzhen's "12 · 20" landslide accident propagated in different stages.The starting point of attention to this phenomenon depends on the realistic background of the frequent occurrence of sudden crisis events,and the spread of crisis events by social media such as two micro media.An interactive discourse field was built up by the discourses of the government,the media and the public,which is performed either the consensus space in the continuous understanding or friction,collision,being back to the following words to their interpretation of a track.The main focus of this study is to explore the concrete ways of interaction among the three parties' discourse in the Shenzhen "12·20" landslide accident crisis,and the cooperation and competition that official discourse,media discourse,and public discourse have shown in different crisis communication stages.At the same time,the role of interaction among the three parties' discourses in constructing social realities is explained,and the factors that hinder the potential interactions among three parties' discourses are discussed.The main findings of the study includes: first,the tripartite discourse mainly produces covert connections and covert interactions in the form of discourse description,intertextuality,metaphor,etc.Second,the tripartite discourse subjects are intersected because of the same event.And because of the different ways of thinking and orientation,the three discourse fields produce different discourse texts.In the different stages of crisis spread,the three parties play games with each other,and their respective forces grow and fall.Third,the three major discourse fields produce different discourse texts.The interaction among the three parties can not only describe and reflect the reality,but also reshape the social trust mechanism,establish the social identity of the discourse subject,reconstruct the relationship between the discourse subjects and mobilize the social rescue power.Fourth,official discourse is biased towards stereotypical factual discourse expressions,media discourse wobbly positions,irrational expressions ofpublic discourse and wanton invasion rumors.Gossip is the main factor that interferes with the benign interaction of the three parties.
