Miner's Lamp is a lighting tool used by workers under the mine,the management of miner's lamp is a basic content of the coal mine and is the first link in the safety production of the coal mine.The charging time of a miner's lamp is limited,so it needs to be replaced in time when the maximum charge times are reached.If the miner's lamp is used beyond the deadline,safety hazards will be brought to underground operations of miners.At present,some coal mines still use charging rack to charge miner's lamps,it requires manually manage the miner's lamp,inspect the charging status of the miner's lamp,and manually record the information about the miners up and down the well,which is inefficient and wastes a lot of manpower and material resources.Therefore,improving the safety performance of miner's lamp,scientifically managing miner's lamps,and intelligently managing miner's information are of great significance to the safety production and information construction of coal mines.In order to meet the needs of modernization,intelligence,information and safety in coal mine management,an intelligent miner's lamp charging management system is designed based on distributed multi-bus,which uses the idea of layering,automation and intelligence.The status of miner's lamps is collected by using the distributed technology and bus technology.Using one person,one cabinet,one lamp to ensure miner's lamp utilization rate and charging safety,combining miner's lamp intelligent charging with miner attendance,the original backward and inefficient manual management mode is converted into an advanced intelligent management method,which greatly improved the work efficiency of coal mine.According to the requirements of safety,stability and reliability of miner's lamp charging cabinet,five clear system architecture layers are designed,including charging unit,control unit,CAN/Ethernet equipment,server and monitoring software,which have strong expansibility and practicability.Based on the system architecture,the system using RS485 bus,CAN bus and Ethernet to transmit data,combining with rigorous communication logic,fast and efficient polling mechanism,it overcomes the shortcoming of untimely data collection and data transmission of single bus fails and ensure the efficiency and stability of communication.The charging unit has many functions,such as miner's lamp intelligent charging,overcurrent protection,radio frequency card recognition,motor drive,LCD display,voice prompt and fault automatic detection.Among them,the intelligent charging circuit can charge three types of miner's lamp,including lithium manganese battery,Lithium iron phosphate battery and nickel-metal hydride battery.It can ensure safety and efficiency of the charging process,and at the same time detect the charge voltage,current and charge time in real-time and also can provide a scientific basis for the safety use and reasonable scrap of miner's lamp.We have designed and developed a stable and reliable server with large data throughput,as well as a monitoring software with rich functions and convenience.The C/S architecture is used between the server and monitoring software.The server adopts a combination of Spring and Netty framework to meet the demand for simultaneous processing of large amounts of data,and sets up a data retransmission mechanism to ensure that data is delivered successfully.Monitoring software has three main functions,which are miner's lamp charging management,miner's information management and miner's attendance management.The software has the advantages of friendly interface,simple operation and perfect function,and it can monitor at least 10000 charging locations,which meet the needs of modern information management in coal mines.
