With the rapid development of information technology,the importance of information in organizations is increasingly prominent.Through the study of the organizational information structure,the concept of information structure is put forward in terms of the configuration of information acquisition,transmission and coordination within the organization,and it is pointed out that an effective information structure can not only greatly improve the decision-making ability of employees,but also enhance the adaptability of employees and the organization.The popularity of digital currencies,mainly bitcoin,has gradually made people realize the underlying blockchain technology.Taking trust as the starting point,blockchain technology changes the trust mechanism under the Internet model,and puts forward the characteristics of decentralization and traceability of information.At the same time,the uniqueness of information transfer in the network is determined,so that the value of information is further confirmed.Faced with the change of information structure brought by the feature of block chain,the organization needs to constantly adjust its information structure,so that the employees can be in an environment of smooth information acquisition and transmission,so as to release the potential of the organization as much as possible.In this paper,the organizational information structure is taken as the research object to explore the changes of blockchain characteristics on the information structure in the traditional sense,and further analyze its impact.Firstly,the current research status of concepts such as blockchain characteristics,organizational information structure and task performance was discussed in detail.It was found that the research on blockchain mainly focused on the field of technology application,and there was a lack of research on its own characteristics,as well as qualitative and quantitative analysis of organizational information structure.Secondly,an organizational information structure system with block chain characteristics is constructed,and the information acquisition and information transfer capabilities of employees in different information structures are studied through quantitative and qualitative analysis.After that,the specific impact of information structure on employees is studied by building a model of the impact of information structure on employee task performance.The empirical method of questionnaire survey was used to analyze the data of the influence situation,and the moderating effect of block chain characteristics was analyzed.Finally,through in-depth analysis of data results with statistical software,it is concluded that information structure has a certain degree of influence on employee task performance through work engagement and employee adaptability as mediating variables,and the block chain feature has a significant regulatory effect on the improvement of information structure.This paper makes up for the lack of research on organizational information structure in the academic circle,and also points out how to deal with the impact of information technology development through the adjustment of organizational information structure,so as to ensure the improvement of employee performance in the organization.
