Research On The Aggregation Of Discipline Electronic Archives Resources Based On Linked Data

With the construction of First-class University and Discipline,work on construction of discipline has been strengthen Increasingly.Material(discipline files)of disciplinary construction was generated as not only witness but also important reference of the discipline construction and development.Although the construction of discipline archives has drawn much attention in many universities,the theoretical and technical aspects aren't mature enough.Due to the lack of work on discipline archives,it's more and more important to realize the management of electronic discipline archives with the development of IT.Therefore,research on management of electronic archive resource,based on the semantic perspective,is necessary.Research,which based on linked data,on resource aggregation provides a new idea for the management of discipline electronic archives.Linked data was introduced into the research of construction of discipline electronic archives to realize the effective aggregation of the discipline electronic archives resources.A framework for the aggregation of discipline electronic archives was built by modeling method,based on semantic web,relational data,Drupal and so on.Resource level,semantic description layer,associated data creation layer,associated data aggregation layer and application service layer were included in the framework.The aggregation of discipline electronic archives resources based on linked data and the design of discipline electronic archives resource aggregation platform were realized according to the framework.‘Mechanical Engineering' of Jiangsu University was taken for example.Some resources of electronic archives was selected to presents the effect of aggregation from the perspectives of disciplines,researchers,research teams and scientific research achievements.And the multi-angle and multi-comprehensive relationship was achieved.Main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The range of discipline electronic files was defined and the insufficient of research on discipline archives was made up;(2)Problem of lack of semantic description on discipline electronic archives resources was solved.And it's valuable to be promoted in description of archives and labeling semantics;(3)The framework for the aggregation of discipline electronic archives was built to guide the creation and publishing of discipline electronic archives and the aggregation ofdiscipline electronic archives;(4)The aggregation of discipline electronic archives was basically realized and it brings some help and enlightenment to construction and management of discipline archives;(5)Some suggestions on service were proposed to promote resource discovery and semantic analysis on platform of aggregation of disciplinary electronic archives.
