The traditional cable anti-theft technology has been unable to meet each functional requirement of today's people on the cable anti-theft monitoring system with the rapid development of electronic technology and semiconductor technology.So the development of a set of cable anti-theft monitoring system of remote real-time online monitoring is particularly important.In view of this situation,a remote cable anti-theft monitoring system based on power line carrier is developed combining electronic technology,digital processing technology and microcontroller technology with today's power line carrier communication technology in this paper.The overall framework of the cable anti-theft monitoring system is built according to related functional requirements of the power company in this paper.The system uses the power line as the carrier,and carries on remote data transmission with the help of the power line carrier technology.The system can judge that the current cable is in the normal state when the cable anti-theft monitoring terminal carries out data communication with the upper computer system successfully.The hardware circuit of cable anti-theft monitoring system is designed according to the hardware frame structure in this paper.The system uses microcontroller Atmega64 as master chip of cable anti-theft monitoring system,and utilizes the chip BWP08 A developed by Shenzhen Beiweier Technology Co.,Ltd.to carry out modulation and demodulation of carrier data,which effectively reduces the designing difficulty of the whole hardware circuit of cable anti-theft monitoring system.Because the cable anti-theft monitoring system needs to be directly connected to the power line,there are various noises in the power grid.Therefore,from the hardware point of view,we take corresponding measures to improve the overall stability and reliability of the cable anti-theft monitoring system designed in this paper.A multifunctional state machine software program framework is built aiming at the actual function requirement of cable anti-theft monitoring system.The software program of the system uses the design thought of modular programming,and the status flag of each function module is judged by main program to realize thescheduling of each function module.The software function module mainly composed of power line sending module,power line carrier receiving module,data analyzing module,power down monitoring module,human machine interaction module and watchdog module.Finally,the cable anti-theft monitoring system is built according to the hardware circuit and software program designed in this paper,and he built system is put into actual application environment for testing.The experimental results show that the cable anti-theft monitoring system can meet the functional requirements of the power company,and has high promotion and application value.
