In particle physics and nuclear physics experience,the silicon microstrip detector have many advantage such as very fast time-corresponding?good position resolution and high energy resolution,which can be used as vertex detectors to measure the trajectory of the particle,the secondary vertices of the final particles after colliding,and the momentum of charged particles.The output signal of silicon microstrip detector is generally small and is complicated of the electromagnetic environment.In Order to amplify the signal,reduce the noise and improve the signal to noise ratio of the signal,which the preamplifier is the first level active circuit of the readout electronics system,is used for preamplifing and reducing noise of the signal which microstrip detectors output.Because vertex detectors generally use silicon microstrip detector arrays,there are hundreds of ways to read the strip,which are high resolution and high detetion efficiency.Therefore,the nuclear front-end electronic readout system need to be low noise,low power consumption,and high integration.According to the characteristics of output signals of silicon microstrip detectors,this paper designs a multi-channel low noise preamplifier ASIC for Si detectors by analyzing the performance of different preamplifier circuit structures and different noise characteristics.After optimized simulation of the circuit,the two-step conversion gain is 1mV/fC and 2mV/fC,respectively.When the conversion gain 1mV/fC,input dynamic range is 20fC-830 fC,the linearity is better than 1%,and thsine chip power consumption is 6.36 mW.The chip will be combined with the main lab chip to realize the multi-channel readout system of the silicon microstrip detector.The chip design adopts 0.18 mm CMOS Global Foundries process library,and the flow film is carried out through the multi-project of the wafer generation factory.After the flow film is finished,the naked film is sent to the sealing factory for packaging.
