Investigation On The Openness Of Ancient Books In The Library To Readers

With the progress of the society and the development of library undertakings,various types of libraries in China have collected a large number of ancient books under the unremitting efforts.For a long time,the majority of library staff have studied hard,are aggressive and have done a lot of development work on ancient books,and have made gratifying achievements.However,because the resources of ancient books are too precious,as a library for the protection of ancient books,it is feared that the documents of ancient books are damaged and necessary measures are taken.By protecting the names of ancient books,it is not to hide the ancient books from the library or restrict readers to read them.If you only use it,ancient books will lose their basic attributes as books and become furnishings.The library is an institution used to serve readers.If it can't distribute the right to use books to readers,then it is just a library.Therefore,this article has done research on this situation.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction,mainly introduces the research status and research contents at home and abroad.The second chapter is a questionnaire survey of readers' needs.It investigates readers' basic information,ancient book borrowing experience,and ancient book requirements.It also analyzes the degree and needs of the opening of ancient books.The third chapter is the survey conducted by the library through interviews and web pages.The surveyed library contains both public and college libraries.The content of the survey is related to the scope of the opening,the version of reading,and the openness of paid access.And combined the analysis of the needs of the readers of the previous chapter and the status quo of library liberalization,and summarized four problems that arise in the library's openness to ancient books: they cannot meet readers' needs,use restrictions are complex,management mechanisms are not perfect,and protection Lack of repair mechanisms.The fourth chapter proposes an open strategy for the issues raised in Chapter 3: Prerequisites for protecting and restoring ancient books,meeting the needs of readers,perfecting management methods and systems,and reusing ancient books as measures.Chapter 5 puts forward the expectations for the implementation of open strategy on the basis of summarizing and summarizing the foregoing.
