The progress of science and technology has brought great convenience to people.The accelerated pace of work and unreasonable lifestyle often cause many people,especially the current office workers,suffering from chronic diseases,such as hypertension,heart disease,hyperlipidemia,cervical spondylosis and so on.As people pay more and more attention to the healthy lifestyle and the popularity of smart phones,more and more people want to check their health in time without affecting the normal work.The improvement of Bluetooth technology and the emergence of intelligent wearable equipment have emerged as a new way to monitor health.Use the Bluetooth wristband and smart phone to measure the human's health.It is not only gives users a new way of experiencing,but also promotes development of Internet fitness.Most of the testing instruments for detecting their own physiological parameters are mostly expensive on the market,inconvenient to carry,and unintelligent to measure.According to the above question,we proposed a health management research program based on Bluetooth bracelet of Bluetooth 4.0 and iOS system.Bluetooth wristband has functions of collecting related physiological parameters,telephone reminder,alarm clock,sedentary reminder.The application developed on the iPhone mobile terminal use data collected by the wristband can realize the measurement and analysis of physiological parameter data.The wristband is small and easy to wear,which can check health status on the smart phone.It is not only facilitates users,but also promotes the development of mobile medical treatment.This thesis starts from the domestic and foreign background of the research content,and discusses the research significance and innovation of this topic.Firstly it introduces low-power Bluetooth 4.0,communication protocol.and the key technique to develop iOS application.And then according to the existing problems in the health management on the current market,we propose system development requirements analysis.Subsequently,the development of the sports health management system was completed using the Object-C development language and the Xcode development platform.The developed system was tested with a Bluetooth wristband.And finally it introduces the test tool in iOS development process and code optimization management tool.The results of the test are analyzed.And the reliability,operation and low power consumption of the system are verified preliminarily.
