With the rapid development of economy,a large number of inductive load and combined power load has been hooked intothe power grid that makes the industrial environment more complex.The traditional fixed reactive power compensation method and device cannot meet the modern industrial environmentand the demand of reactive power compensation.Therefore,the design of dynamic regulation of non-reactive power compensation control system and device for modern industry has practical significance.Under the 2013 science and technology support program of Hubei Province(**)auspices,our team determined two kinds of dynamic reactive power compensation schemes:(1)PLC as control core control,capacitor group + thyristor variable reactor;(2)Single chip microcomputer as control core,capacitor group +IGBT type variable reactor.The reactive power compensation device based on PLC has been developed and tested.This thesisintent to design a dynamic non-reactive power compensation control systembased on SCM,which can control of theIGBTthrough the PWM wave.To realize the dynamic reactive power compensation of the inductive load and the composite power load,and lay the foundation for the development of the equipment.The main work and achievements of this thesis are as follows:(1)The overall scheme design of the control system of the dynamic reactive power compensation has been completed.Introducing the topology of the control device of the dynamic reactive power compensation,and puts forward the design requirements of the control system of the dynamic reactive power compensation,including the determination of the input and output,the requirement of the system function.The hardware and software design of the control system is described.The hardware design includes the selection of the control chip,the structure of the hardware,and the selection of the electric energy acquisition module.The software part includes the interface design of the upper computer and the program design of the single chip microcomputer,and the single chip computer program is composed of the main program and the related sub program.(2)The hardware design of the control system of dynamic reactive power compensation has been completed.The hardware circuit mainly includes the following parts: SCM system,communication circuit,digital input / output circuit and IGBT driving circuit.The design of hardware circuit needs to be distributed according to the actual demand;Select the appropriate communication standards and communication protocols;The design of IGBT driving circuit needs to pay attention to the over current protection of IGBT,and select the appropriate chip to meet the IGBT drive power and switching frequency.(3)The dynamic reactive power compensation control system software design.The software part includes MCU and PC interface design.SCM procedures,including the main program,initialization procedures,power acquisition and processing procedures,Modbus communication procedures,the capacitor regulator,inductive regulator.Capacitance inductance adjusting adjustment and use the corresponding strategies to complete the two part of the company,to achieve the ultimate dynamic reactive power compensation.PC interface design includes the login interface,main interface,capacitor switching interface,inductance control interface,real-time monitoring,and fault display interface.(4)Simulation test and experimental study has been completed.The simulation platform is built,and the communication function between the host computer and the single chip microcomputer is simulated and tested on the dynamic reactive power compensation control system.Simulation of reactive power compensation effect of control system is simulated by Matlab simulation tool.Build a simulation load test platform by using of laboratory resources,testthe actual compensation effect.
