| Multi-domain Modeling and Simulation Service Platform in Cloud Environment provides design knowledge and collaborative design environment for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,and it effectively enhances the capability about product innovation design of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.The platform is a new kind of design platform,which covers Multiple fields and permits experts who come from different areas to carry out collaborative interaction design through the internet.The platform can be used to carry out product innovation design only if it has the ability of interaction.Interactive techniques which related to product design in the platform are studied and implemented,and the platform provides support for addressing the needs and problems encountered in product innovation design.Firstly,facing the goal and design model of the platform,the interaction techniques of the platform are analyzed.The interaction techniques consist of visualization and interaction of Mechanical Modelica model,collaborative interaction techniques in the process of collaborative modeling and interactive techniques of community.Secondly,aim at the visualization and interaction of Mechanical Modelica model,the structure of Modelica model and the characteristics of simulation result are studied.XML technology is used to correlate Mechanical Modelica models and 3D models.WebGL and Ajax technologies are used to achieve visualization of model,visualization of simulation process and interaction;Point at the collaborative interaction problem in the process of collaborative modeling with Modelica,the organization of resources and activities in the process of collaborative modeling with Modelica are analyzed,and both a mechanism of information synchronization and a cooperative flow control mechanism are proposed;Aim at the problem of the community interaction,the interaction technique of service community in the platform is analyzed in this paper,and then the realization of community interaction technology is studied from three aspects,such as authorization,file upload and download and development framework.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the interactive techniques used in this paper are verified by modeling a Modelica model of a machine tool feed system on the platform in a collaborative manner,demonstrating an example about the visualization and interaction of a quadrotor,and presenting the important pages of the services community. |
