Cloud computing provides massive and large-scale IT resources in the form of services to multiple users through the Internet.By flexibly and efficiently scheduling the massive computing resources,Cloud computing can provide dynamic expansion and contraction computing services to users on demand and meanwhile provide huge resource optimization scheduling space to the Cloud computing clients,lowering the cost in the biggest scale by scaling effetely.In addition to cost savings,another feature of cloud computing is that computing resources are available to users in the form of network services,users would be free from the complex maintenance of IT software and hardware.Computing services provided by the network could give users access to services anytime and anyplace,which breaks the shackles of time and region.Now,in the process of the popularization and rapid development of information network technology,cloud computing technology has become a focus in vast fields and researches.For the reasons that Cloud computing owns many advantages,such as cost saving,conveniences,cooperation and low technology requirements,it has been favored by more and more teachers of secondary specialized school and is beneficial to construct the “cloud environment”,which could make the sustainable development of low carbon education possible and create a broad way of teaching with the characteristics of specialized secondary school education.Cloud computing,especially cloud computing platform,could realize the cooperation,creation,edit,documents and knowledge sharing,also in conformity with the characteristics of constructivism and collaborative learning theory,thus creating a learning atmosphere of collaborative environment,and provides a convenient interactive collaborative environment.Collaborative learning is an education mode that learners take part in a learning activity in teams and under certain motivational methods to make learners spear no efforts to achieve study goals together with others and learners could cooperate and help each other,which takes students as center,pays attention to the students' learning process and knowledge understanding,reflects the study theory of constructivism and is in accordance with the contemporary education.Many education experts at home and abroad have made a lot of theoretical research,done practical work of design,created the cloud computing assisted instruction platform and tried collaborative learning and teaching in those platforms,which has enriched students' learning and life,improved students' ability of communication,cooperation,promoted students' effective learning and made great contributions.This essay combined the two things and took full advantages of them,which will effectively develop students' sense of cooperation,creativity,and team spirit.Students completed knowledge construction in learning progress,supporting and improving teaching quality,which is also fit for the requirements of contemporary education.A survey was conducted in Shuyang Secondary Specialized School to analyze the students' learning characteristics,computer skills and knowledge of cloud computing.It is concluded that the problem in teaching has become more and more serious and the necessity and urgency of collaborative learning based on cloud computing was put forward.This essay also discussed the relating theory of cloud computing,constructivism,cooperative learning,PDCA system learning model and instructional design,and analyzed the advantages and feasibility of cloud computing teaching platform and collaborative learning organic combination in the computer class in secondary specialized school,as well as setting up a cloud computing based overall model and the specific instructional design process containing the characteristics of secondary specialized education.By analyzing the characteristics of " the Foundation of Computer Application" course,using constructive instructional design process and collaborative learning model design and designing the teaching plan”the Word 2003 Integrating Text and Graphics..the DIY of application letters”applied the cloud computing assisted instruction platform has been applied in the teaching,that cloud computing based collaboration learning can reach the greatest degree of promoting effective teaching and learning was verified,which could change the secondary specialized school students' study indeed.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,this paper made some improvements on the foundation of the former network,increasing the PDCA system learning model,through the "plan(P).do(D).check(C).action(A)" double circulation system learning model to test the effectiveness or even efficiency of the learning results and the learning evaluation design.Besides,the gains and the losses were analyzed and summarized for improving the overall teaching quality in vocational schools and the next research content and direction was put forward.
