In recent years,with the development of enterprise information technology,CAE technology has been recognized by the majority of SMEs.However,current CAE simulation software on the domestic market has many deficiencies: high software costs,cumbersome operation,frequent software maintenance and upgrade,and non-customizable,which hinders the popularization of CAE technology in small and medium-size enterprise.Therefore,the low-cost,easy-to-use,easy-to-expand,and customized CAE cloud computing platform has become an urgent requirement for small and medium-size enterprise.This paper fully investigates the requirements of the CAE cloud computing platform,adopts the B/S model on the architecture,relies on the SaaS cloud computing platform,introduces Web GL technology and Web development technology,and designs and implements the CAE cloud computing platform.For the problems of many simulation parameters and the selection of boundary conditions,the simulation flow is simplified,and the simulation parameters and the visualization of CAD and mesh models are reduced on the basis of ensuring the correctness,the threshold of simulation is reduced,and the operability is increased.For the problem that simulation parameters need to be manually designed on the user interface,a customizable web user interface generation method is designed to automatically generate a user interface,which not only eliminates the cumbersome steps of manually adding an interface,but also enhances the customization of the platform.The platform has designed a 3D model display and interaction module,solved the problem of CAE pre-processing visualization,and designed a set of json data files for simulation parameters,which can be used not only for automatically generating user interfaces but also for saving user data.In addition,according to the structure difference of the json data file of the simulation parameters and the simulation parameters of the solver,a transformation module was designed to solve the problem of the input of user data to the solver parameters.After system testing,the test results show that the platform meets the requirements of the design requirements and the accuracy of the simulation results has also been verified.
