With the development of computer and communication technology, project deployment and resource utilization are not just so simple to buy a server, and the use of resource is important in the age of the Internet. Storage becomes a bottleneck in the network age. In order to store and process massive amounts of information better, the distributed file system has been gradually emerging and mature. OA system has become a multi-system instead of a single system, so it is important to deploy system legitimately and improve servers and other hardware resource utilization through cloud. The number and volume of office documents are growing in OA system, so it is imminent to combine cloud computing to solve the storage problem of small files.Because cloud computing theory was proposed recently, cloud computing applied to OA is still in research and there is little practical application. According to the characteristics of OA, this paper uses the Eucalyptus cloud to set up the infrastructure for the OACloud, which can improve resource utilization. On this basis, a stable platform and the depended environment for the OA systems is created. OA is deployed in OACloud and the management tool by which users can control the resource of OACloud is developed.Besides of OACloud, the deep research is done about the storage of OA. After a survey of the OA system, HDFS is used as cloud storage system. Based on the status quo of the OA system, the OA files are stored in two storage structures. A reasonable file merge is used to meet that HADOOP handles large files and also improve the efficiency of dealing with small files. File access machine is reasonably set to control the storage of files. The OA documents merge, upload and read are tested in the system test chapter. Through the experimental test, the design and implementation can meet the OA file storage requirements. It can be used as the basis of the OA office documents system.At the end, the paper summarizes the major systems involved as well as the major work, and also proposes an improved method to solve the problems of system.
