Modelica is a multi-domain and continuous-discrete hybrid physical modeling language aiming at the modeling and simulation of complex systems. It was Proposed, researched and designed by European and American engineering circles, research institutions, universities and software companies in the 1990 s. Through the development in recent years, it has become the standard in the field of complex system modeling, and at the same time a large number of multi-domian modeling and simulation software have been spawned which were based on Modelica. CASM(Computer Algebra Systems for Modelica) is the Modelica based multi-domian modeling and simulation software which was researched and developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. CASM has a prominent advantage in the ability to deal with complex systems compared to other software. But CASM can not well support the interactive 3D dynamic simulation, and there is still a certain distance between CASM and foreign Modelica based multi-domain modeling and simulation software. In the thesis, the integration mechanism of the software architecture of CASM platform and its external programs was comprehensively analyzed and the CASM based integrated development of visualization technology was studied deeply. The main research work includes:1. The system architecture and the modeling and simulation mechanism of CASM platform was deeply analyzed. Aiming at the characteristics of resulting data of modeling and simulation,PLT file reading, Modelica component instantiation and data reprocessing of simulation results were proposed and realized.2. The QT frame and OpenGL graphical interface technology were used to realize the dynamic simulation function of interactive 3D visualization of CASM platform under the Windows operating system.
