Multi-fieldbus Control And Data Acquisition Software Development

Monitoring and configuration software is a very common part in the field of automatic control area,and data collection is a very important part of the Monitoring and configuration software, and the driver part can be said to be the core. The data-driver part undertakes a very important mission to collect data from under-device and send order to it. the degree of supporting multi-filebus and multi-protocol driver is a measurement of criterion for eligibility for the monitoring and configuration software.This article is based on the independent research project of North China University Key Laboratory of fieldbus-"Multi-site Data Acquisition and Control Software Development" as the background, focusing on the realizition of three methods of data-driver, ie open protocol, calling of dynamic link library and protocol analysis. On this basis, this paper completes the following.(1) Modbus Rtu and Modbus Ascii driver based on RS485 bus is completed and communication with Siemens and S7-200PLC and Delta PLC is achieved.(2) Modbus Tcp driver based on Ethernet is completed, communication with a Advantech Adam-5510 PAC is achieved.(3) S7-300 Ethernet driver based on Ethernet is completed, communication with Siemens S7-300PLC via Ethernet is achieved.(4) S7-300 DP-driver based on Profibus-DP Bus is completed, communication with Siemens S7-300PLC via Profibus-DP is achieved.(5) Modbus Rtu to Modbus Tcp software gateway is completed, communication between Siemens S7-300PLC and S7-200PLC is achieved.Software uses Microsoft. NET platform as development environment and VB.NET/C# as the programming language. Software provides a public interface of driver, using this interface driver integration of any protocol can be achieved. Through integration of drivers of variety of protocols, communications capabilities of the software is enhanced, the scope of application is expanded. Implementation of gateway makes the software more powerful, compatibility and ease of use is greatly increased, it can meet more needs of customers and make the software more in line with the standard configuration of monitoring software,and it has very good application value.
