Research On Agile Project Management System In Public Cloud Platform Of A Company

With the development of the Internet and cloud computing industry,the traditional project management system is increasingly unable to adapt to the development of internet software product,and more difficult to meet the demand of public cloud platform project development.Because of this,the agile development method which relies on its rapid iteration and incremental development of thinking,and the simple and direct process management style is rapidly emerging.Agile project management based on agile methods has also become a widely adopted project management mode in software development industry,especially in internet enterprises.But at the present time how to combine the traditional project management system and the agile development methods of process management,did not form a set of mature solution.most of the research is also focusing on agile development methodology itself or directly research on a project with agile process management.In this paper,through a combination of public cloud industry and A company organizational environment and public cloud platform project current experience,build an agile project management system of A company which based on the public cloud platform project,and solve the problems of the project process management,schedule management and quality management in the first phase of the public cloud platform project.First of all,fully investigate and analyse the latest development of cloud industry and agile software development in China and foreign countries,obain the latest developments in related fields,and then expatiate on the methodology of traditional project management and agile project management,which lays the theoretical foundation for the implementation of the new project management mode in the public cloud platform project of A company.Based on the analysis of the background and overview of the public cloud platform project of A company and the analysis of the problems in practice,it is necessary to establish and implement agile project management system in public cloud platform project of A company.Therefore,needs to adjust and optimize the company's organization and internal control system,so as to build an agile project management system that fits the internaland external environment of public cloud platform project of A company,and use this system to practice successfully in the second phase of public cloud platform project.This paper expounds the establishment of agile project management system of A company and practice in the public cloud platform project.Through developing and summarizes the topic,set up a set of agile project management system which meets the characteristics of the public cloud platform project and the overall environment of A company,which is of great significance for the product development of the public cloud manufacturers and even the internet enterprises.
