Based on the growing trend of cashless societies and the role of Smartphones in daily life,customer perspective and behavior toward cashless society should be concern.This dissertation study about factors that affect to customer perspective and behavior toward cashless society in Thailand.This research aim to study about the customer perspective their behavior toward cashless society in Thailand.To study about the relationship between the demographic of customer and their behavior among e-payment.The important of this research is to guide the company which involved or not involved with this kind of technology to be aware.For instance,the company which involve with cashless payment can use the result of research to guide that what are those perspective of each characteristic of customers.The personal factors has influent in the different way.If they consider about these factors,they can target customer in the right way.For the company which not involved with cashless payment method should be aware about this too.The reason is they can get effect of unawareness of this technology.For example,if they do not improve their system to follow the internet of things generation,then they might have to shut down their business due to the lack of technology in the time that every customers use this technology as only one option.There are four aspect that concerned in this research which are the frequency of usa ge,convenient of use,technology awareness and particular option preference.All of respondents that used to study are 200 of Thai people by online survey.The data collection is in term of questionnaire.The data analysis including descriptive analysis,which show the frequency and percentage.The Inferential statistics include T-test and One way ANOVA,which has the significant value in 0.05.The findings that emerged from the primary research proved that in the general way,personal factor does not have any different perspective toward cash or cashless payment.In contrast,they have different views in some aspects which are Gender has the different perspective toward the frequency of usage toward cash or cashless payment method in purchasing online.They also have the different way to see that they would use mobile wallet options of payment if they were easy to use,the different way to choose to pay via mobile wallet is more convenient than cash and the different perspective that Mobile wallet payment systems enable quicker transactions than pay by cash.On the other hand,Gender has no different perspective toward The Budget Control of using cash or cashless payment method at all aspect.For the different age of respondents has the different frequency of using cash or cashless payment method,in the aspect of Pay for the goods or service by using Debit Card / Credit Card swap into the machine at POS,Transfer money by Online banking / Mobile banking,Withdraw cash out of an ATM,Checking socia l media on the smartphone in daily life and Purchasing online.The different in age also has the different perspective toward The Convenient of using cash or cashless payment method.In the aspect of the more useful of payment system is the more likely the y are to continue to use it and the easier the payment system is to use the more likely they are to use it.For the Level of education with frequency of usage,the result shows that the different in level of education has the different perspective toward the frequency of usage of using cash or cashless payment method.In the aspect of Pay for the goods or service by using Debit Card / Credit Card swap into the machine at POS and Pay for good or service by mobile wallet application.Different in level o f education also has the different perspective toward the convenient of using cash or cashless payment method.In the aspect of the more useful of payment system is the more likely they are to continue to use it.The different in level of education also ha s the different perspective toward the technology of using cash or cashless payment method.In the aspect of learning to use a Mobile payment system would be easy for them.
