As the core technology of modern Internet of Things,wireless sensor network plays an important role in data collection and transmission.Its networking technology is the key to ensure that data can be transmitted well.With the development of the times,new requirements have also been put forward for wireless sensor networks,higher transmission rates,more appropriate power consumption,and lower costs.UWB,as a high-frequency,ultra-wideband communication method,can achieve both high speed and low power consumption.But it has not yet been used for the study of networking and data transmitting.This paper designs and implements a UWB-based wireless sensor network system.The network includes data acquisition and data transmission,so as to realize a wireless sensor network with high communication speed,low power consumption and medium distance.Firstly,according to the function of the wireless sensor network,the paper designs the overall scheme including the network coordinator,routing nodes,end nodes and monitoring host computer,and analyzes and determines the network structure with star topology and tree topology as the topological structure.The CPU STM32 controls UWB transceiver DWM1000 throught SPI.At the same time,it also designed and implemented the multi-channel terminal data acquisition node based on the AD within STM32,and can collect 3 channels 0-5V.The voltage,and three channel of 4-20 m A current.Then,based on the hardware platform,the protocol of the star network and the tree network is studied and implemented.Through such a network,the collected data can be transmitted and processed.At last,based on Qt and Python,the thesis realizes the host computer system which can communicate with the coordinator serial port.The host computer can send various instructions to obtain the network topology,overload the Qt paintevent function to draw the topology,and can also obtain the data.Python's Matplotlib library draws a real-time schematic of the voltages collected.Finally,the paper gives the process of each board functional test and overall system test.The test shows that the communication distance between the network nodes can reach 18 meters at a rate of 6.8 Mbps and can reach 40 meters at a rate of 850 kbps.The system has good stability and reliability,but also has very good communication performance.
