The Manufacture Of Synthesized Data Transmission And Collection Module

The data transmission and collection module is an important direction of research in the field of communication. It is also currently one of the hotspot. The traditional data collection module is basically a processor for one kind of data’s collection. This can not meet the development requirements of modern industrial automation. With the development of communication technology, the data collection and transmisfsion module is developing to the direction of economization, miniaturization, high precision and universal.The conversion of analog-to-digital is the important protection to achieve the data collection module. This paper analyzes the characteristics and working principle of the sensor. Then it studies the MAX197analog to digital conversion chip and detailedly analyzes of that how to connect the sensor and analog-to-digital converter pieces, in order to the collection of environmental information.On the basis of data collection and transmission theory, it independently designs the data collection and data transmission module. It will display and deal with the information collected by the host computer. The host computer can use the database to store the information and control different equipments to change the information in some environments according to whether the information collected exceeds the preset upper and lower limits. This paper uses the AT89C52microcontroller as the core. The information collected by the data collection module will be transported to the host computer by the data transmission module. The sensor equipments can be connected to the MAX197to achieve analog-to-digital conversion. Some sensor or equipments which have the RS-485interface can be connected to to the RS-485bus directly. It will transport the collected information to the microcontroller. The microcontroller transmites the information by the data transmission module extended by the RTL8019AS chip.The crawl of data packet is achieved by WinPcap. This paper introduces the working principle of RTL8019AS chip and explains how to send and receive data, as well as how to program it.At the manufacture of the reality, the data collection and transmission module has been achieved and it has achieved the intended purpose.
