The data transmission and collection system based-on USB2.0 in infrared sensor HWIL Simulation is designed, the system transmit dual-band digital signal of infrared radiation which was produced by virtual prototype model in work station with USB2.0. Following, the dual-band digital signal are converted into analog voltage signal by D/A converter, and then the anolog signals of two channels are applied to modulate two infrared lasers. Simultaneously, the response signals of five channels of infrared sensor are collected and stored to work station.In this paper, hardware and software are respectively discussed in detail. The main function of software is to accurately and real-time transmit data of two channels, to content the requirement of entire simulation system; To support the software, the hardware can complete two functions, first to product two-channels module signal to control infrared lasers, second to collect response signal of the sensor. At last, the data transmission and collection are implemented by CY7C68013 .The system is specialized in two aspects: one is real-time, which is kept to utilize algorithm optimization in software, and the other is higher integration, low power dissipation and better augmentability.
