We are in an epoch where the technology of Net, Communication and Information are developing rapidly. Therefore, a profound knowledge of competitive capacity of an enterprise is important with the economical globalization. Facing both opportunity and challenge, we should realize that the key to improve the comprehensive competitive capacity is to use Net, Communication and Information technology and reform the traditional concept of manufacture and management as well as the enterprises internal managing approach and external trading and cooperative method, so that a more effective and scientific management can be achieved.As a modern energy resources exporting harbor, Qinhuangdao Port has allocated specified finances to develop Belt Balance Data Collection MIS, in order to increase the modern management and meet the needs of the rapid development of coal loading and unloading.In this article, firstly, the author adopts the object oriented approach and carries on a detailed the object oriented analysis, design and realization of the system. Secondly, using the technology of Sensor, Series Port Communication, Web Engineering, Data Base, ASP and Object Oriented Tools, the author realizes and solves the crucial technology problems of the wireless data transmission, data collection, instrument adjusting, data transmission between Industry Control and Web Server, ebullition control of Data Base. Thirdly, the author designs and realizes the wire and wireless data transmission structure. Fourthly, the author analyses and realizes the algorithm of wireless data transmission, data collection, MT2000 adjusting. Last, the author designs and realizes the real-time data transmission, online querying information of coal matching and craftwork, as well as real-time data monitoring.
