Research And Implementation Of University Online Service Hall Based On Process Engine

The establishment of a process-centric online service model to break the administrative boundaries among various departments of universities is conducive to optimizing manage-ment service processes in universities,reducing the workload of school management staff,realizing paperless office work,and improving the satisfaction of teachers and students.The convenient and efficient multi-campus management and operation system is of great signifi-cance.This article sorts out the current management service processes in colleges and universi-ties.Based on this,it combines the current experience of the construction of online service halls,and comprehensively considers the future one-stop service platform construction for teachers and students,and the functional requirements of online service halls.A comprehen-sive analysis was performed on the service objects,etc.,and the related business processes in the service hall were comprehensively designed.The overall structure of the online service hall was formed.The Activiti5 process engine was used as the workflow technology frame-work to divide the entire online service hall into a portal platform and process.Platform and form tools are the three major modules,and the detailed requirements analysis,architecture design and code implementation of the process platform and form tools are performed.The process platform is oriented towards the implementation of online business process customi-zation,using the B/S structure to meet the needs of teachers and students in the process of various service issues.The form tool is composed of a form designer and a form data man-agement system.It provides form data support for the process platform,and can automatically fill in the contents such as name,student ID,and certificate number,etc.,by teachers and stu-dents.Xi'an University of Science and Technology is used as an example to complete the online service hall process service design and application testing.Based on the online service re-quirements of the school's business department for teacher-student services,26 online service services such as "Cloud Computing Resource Usage Application" are currently on the line.After 3 months of trial operation,the online service hall can meet the requirements of mul-ti-campus operation.University management service needs to achieve the expected goal of construction.
