| Taking the process reengineering theory as the guide to the construction of the online service hall,the process is the center of the management mode and the network platform based on the network service process,and to reduce the workload of staff,and to improve the satisfaction of teachers and students,forming a convenient and efficient multi campus management system is of great significance.In this paper,the current management of the institutions of the service of the full comb,and the process reengineering theory for the guidance of re design.On the basis of the construction of the school physical education service hall and some government departments,colleges and universities have online service hall of building experience,to consider the future for the service of university campus information portal,the user groups,functional requirements and performance requirements of the online service hall,clear the positioning of the online service hall,put forward the construction ideas,the system related business processes,forming a general system framework,the online service hall is divided into portal,online management service subsystem and background management system three modules,respectively,and the detailed design.University online service hall using B/S mode,the use of MVC J2 EE design model,Struts+Spring as the development framework,the use of the Oracle Corp 11 g Oracle database and Weblogic11 g Oracle application server,the system was designed to complete the system code written and implemented,and after testing to enter the trial operation stage.During the trial operation of the feedback from the user's feedback shows that the online service hall can meet the needs of the campus management service under the background of multi campus operation,to achieve the expected goal of the construction.Through the further collection of user feedback finishing,will be integrated with the unified information portal of colleges and universities continue to upgrade and improve. |
