The Design And Implementation Of Online Business Hall Of Workflow Subsystem

The workflow subsystem has been used widely in business process and approval of the Online Service Hall. The business processing can be automated by workflow subsystem, flowing automatically by preset process. The workflow subsystem can be fully implemented or section self-executing during business processing according to the configuration process and rule. It is type of process automation business model. Introducing workflow subsystem into Online Service Hall, the business process can be dynamically configured for actual need, to definite operator and its duties in business process, improve working efficiency and implement efficiency supervision.The paper research and develop the workflow subsystem in Online Service Hall. It analyzes the usage of workflow subsystem based on general planning of Online Service Hall system, and also the modules related to workflow subsystem and the main functions of these modules. It emphatically introduces the process of business application and approval, such as content filled in, attachment uploaded, design on actual approval process, data flow among multiple sections, etc. First it analyzes business matters in Online Service Hall and makes general design on the system, including workflow business process design, business model design, system component analysis, and user-defined form design, workflow process design and process dynamical configuration, interface design, database design, class implementation, interface implementation, etc. Then it illustrates workflow development environment, the implementation on workflow, workflow entity class, business class and workflow nodes. At last, test on workflow subsystem, user-defined form, user-defined process, creating form instance and process instance are performed. The system uses B / S architecture, all functions based on.net Frame Work3.5 and above, written in C # language, database developed with MS Server 2008, platform published by IIS6.0。In short, this thesis conducted research on workflow subsystem in Online Service Hall, and developed user-defined modules of workflow form and process. User can define business component module as per actual need and modify on demands without re-design the system, customized business process can flow automatically by preset process without complicated process management on business process and approval. It lowers the labor cost and reduces chance for error. It has laid a solid foundation for further development of Online Service Hall.
