At present,the degree of information distribution in colleges in China is uneven,and there are common problems such as large workload and redundancy of work contents.A lot of work that can be done online.Due to the lagging of information development,it has to be done by teachers or students online,which will,take a lot of valuable time for teachers and students and leaders.On the basis of these problems,the one-stop service platform on the Internet comes into being.The contents of college office are placed in the service platform.Teachers and students and leaders can enter the corresponding business and handling area through the service platform.Meanwhile,the data of each department can also be shared through the platform.The offline running time is omitted,which improves the efficiency and reality.At present,there are few applications of intelligent examination and approval in most systems,which brings many problems to the ordinary affairs,so this paper puts forward the text of intelligent screening grant application,which can be used as a reference for teachers to select the object of grant,and also provides ideas for the development of related systems.This paper takes the students' leave and grant application as the research object,completes the process combing and improving the related text mining algorithm of the business processes commonly used by the students.Finally,the application of process engine and text mining algorithm in the service platform and the development and implementation of student assistance system are realized.In view of the problem that teachers spend a lot of time to evaluate and screen the financial aid submitted by students,the article also improves and optimizes the various algorithms to complete the design of the whole help system.The system mainly contains two main contents:process approval and text mining.For the approval of the process,the main work of this paper is as follows:in the aspect of process deployment,it involves two parts:student leave and grant application.First of all,according to the field research to the relevant departments of the school,clear the examination and approval departments and related conditions involved in students asking for leave and applying for grants,then design the flow chart,and finally deploy the flow chart and other documents in the system to complete the process deployment.To provide a guarantee for the next process advance.For the process propulsion part,the process engine Activiti5 automatically promotes the process,which will be carried out according to the previously designed flow chart.Among them,the part where students ask for leave,according to different The number of leave days will be assigned to different leaders or teachers for sequential approval,and then the approval results will be fed back to the students.Through such a form of examination and approval,students can save time to ask leaders and teachers at all levels offline.In the application part of the grant,the students upload the application form,and the counselor automatically completes the evaluation of the grant online through the system,thus saving the time for the counselor to read and judge the application one by one.In the aspect of text mining,the main work of this paper is as follows:first of all,the text of school history grant application is trained by TextRank algorithm and Lucene tool,and the keyword text set after training is obtained.Then SimHash algorithm is used to compare the similarity between the application text and the historical text set,and the similarity ratio is obtained,which can be used as the auxiliary basis for counselors to judge the grant.The system can greatly reduce the working time of teachers and students,lead the offline work'time,reduce the heavy manual operation,provide the guarantee for the information construction of the school,and ensure the fairness and accuracy of the operation at the same time,so it has strong practicability.
