In recent years,with the development and progress of information technology,people tend to use the a utomated intelligent methods to improve the traditional office bushiness,it's convenient for people to manage all kinds of business processes,which achieving the goal of process automation.However,Activiti5 engine providing a platform which can make it possible for this goal,at first,Activiti5 engine can provide a good execution environment for these process instances,it can also analysis the processes perfectly,besides,it can adapt to the changing business processes quickly,people just need to modify the processes design and then redeploy them.There are many benefits,avoiding two development of encoding,greatly reducing the manpower consumption,which can improve business efficiency significantly.The topic aims at the after-sales management of Honghua II generation of mixed burning system,this after-sales management has two important functions,one is equipment installation function,the other is the after-sale management function,because this system's needs of the business processes fixed relatively,and needing more participants jointly.According to the characteristics of the business requirements,so the system introducing Activiti5 engine,integrating the advantages of SSH framework,which can be developed easily.The system uses B/S architecture,using MVC design patterns,JAVA as the development language to achieve the development of after-sales service management.Besides,studying the JQuery technology,bootstrap technology and other technology of front page layout.According to the results of the survey,analyzing the demand of the after-sale service management in detail.The business sequence diagram of the system,the activity diagram of the business process,as well as the entity relationship diagram of the class and database are designed by UML modeling tools.Besides on the other hand,studying the integration framework based on business needs,analyzing the PCM-WF(Process collaborative model-workflow),namely collaborative model of business process carefully,and then make the improvement on PCM-WF,mainly aims at extending attributes of task nodes and adding static route,thus,it is convenient to realize the communication between the nodes in the same process instance and avoid the repeated path selection,this can saves resources.In addition,studying the TFBMA(Triangle Fuzzy Number Based Multi-criteria Task Assignment)algorithm,task allocation strategy based on multi-criteria of triangular fuzzy number,through the load of expected task,candidates' experience,ability and interest interest and other decision factors,so the tasks can assigned to the candidates reasonably,combining algorithm with system.Finally,contrasting assignment algorithm(Firm Allocation)compared with the TFBMA,TFBMA can improve the efficiency and quality of handling tasks,especially handling multiple tasks.
