Design And Implementation Of Finance Performance Evaluation System Base On Activiti5.0

In every year, the government need to evaluate the financial performance of manyprojects completed by local institutions. All the tasks were delivered between different rolescome from different institution, and all the paper and document were delivered by manualwork. As a result, daily work was inefficient and the staff made many mistakes. At the sametime, some institution couldn’t monitor and manage the whole work process. If the uniforminformation system was been built as the traditional way, the unpredictable change of businessprocess or form will lead to the redevelopment of the system, it will lead to the high cost andthe stop of evaluation.In order to solve above problem, the author did some works: 1) Deep researches on theworkflow technology were done; 2) Designed and implemented a high flexible financialevaluation system of projects by using the Activiti5.0 workflow engine technology and theenterprise development technology. Provided for a high-efficient and low-mistakes uniformplatform which allows some institutions trace and manage the whole work processes; 3) Theflexible workflow and flexible form were designed in the evaluation system which quicklyadapts to the changes of business process and form. Also, it could avoid the redevelopment ofsystem, and reduce the cost of maintenance and guaranteed the evaluation work.Finally, the function test and performance test were completed. The test of flexible formfunction become the most important part of the test. The results of test as follows:1) All thefunctions of the system worked without errors. In the stable system, the efficiency ofperformance evaluation work was improved greatly; 2) When the business process waschanged, the traditional system need to take 3.5 days at least to adjust, but the administrator ofthis flexible system just take about 0.5 day to do some maintenance work. As a result, theflexible system could save the work cost;3) When the form was changed, the traditionalsystem need to take 3 days at least to adjust, but the administrator of this flexible system justtake 10 minutes to do some maintenance work. as a result, the flexible system Could Save thework cost and guaranteed the evaluation work;4)When 30 users executed a transaction whichhas a 20 seconds time action at the same time, the pass rate still reached 98.6%, and theaverage response time was 4.7 seconds, maintained the high stability and quick response. Allthe result had indicated the system achieved all the original goal.
