Research On Software Development Process Management Technology

With the rapid development of the computer software industry,the demand for software has rapidly expanded in all walks of life.The size and complexity of software systems are increasing,and the software development process is becoming more and more complex.Many software development companies,especially small and medium-sized software companies,have experienced problems in development process management such as low quality of software products,delayed schedules,and cost overruns.In order to solve the development process management issues,this paper proposes a "software factory" virtual organization model to simulate the entire process of software development for software companies,providing process-oriented,templated,and informatization management approaches for project costs,time schedules,and product quality in the software development process.The main research content of this paper is as follows:1.Research and analysis of project management issues faced by small and medium-sized software companies,put forward the "software factory" virtual organization model,analyze the model elements,explain how to carry out software development in the "software factory" model,and manage software development process.2.In the "software factory" model,the use of earned value analysis method is proposed to manage and monitor the project schedule and project costs in the development process,to ensure deviations between the project schedule,project cost and project plan within the range of health values,And according to the current project State,estimate project completion time and completion cost.3.In order to ensure the high efficiency of project development,this paper proposes project template and document template.Project template are designed to help project members understand the scope of the project work quickly,Project template define the project's key task list.These tasks are usually project milestones and have clear deliverables.Document template provides reference for project members to understand specific tasks,and document template is the result that must be delivered for the task.In this article,document template and their cases related to the software development process are initially accumulated.Project template and document template ensure the high efficiency of completing tasks.4.A series of project management tool software,called tools,was developed for the "software factory" model.The tool implements the management of the development process.The design and implementation of the tool software are described in detail.5.Build a "software factory" model instance,conduct actual project development work in the "software factory" model instance,and prove that "software factory" model and tools can effectively support the development process management and solve the development process management issues of small and medium-sized software companies.At present,the "software factory" model and tools are operating normally.They provide a complete development process management model for software companies,and have practical significance for companies to reduce software costs,improve work efficiency,and standardize the development process.
