The new media has brought about a universal and great change in the media industry,which has produced a new communication pattern and brought us into a new context.In the new media era,the TV media environment has undergone earth-shaking changes,the first is the change of TV content.The traditional television content group is mostly chronological.The emergence of new media has disintegrated this linear arrangement.The non-repeatable and irreversible linear features have become history,and television information has achieved multipolar communication.Second,the audience is severely diverted,accompanied by a series of problems such as the reduction in the number of audiences,the reduction of ratings,and the loss of advertising shares.The new media has an important influence on the transmission environment of TV.The characteristics of the communication brought about by new media,the globalization of information,and the sharing of resources make television programs have a wider space to display,and at the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for the innovation of television programs.Television programs on people's livelihood draw program material from the daily lives of ordinary people.The program's perspective focuses on the issues of clothing,food,housing,transportation,education,and occupation in the lives of ordinary people,and it is necessary to pay attention to the living space and living conditions of ordinary people.We should also pay attention to its cultural aesthetic and spiritual pursuit.Being close to reality,living close to life,and being close to the masses is a common feature of this type of program."Small" input,"big" feelings,and "positive" energy should become the value pursuit of people's livelihood programs.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first part of the introduction mainly expounds the background,significance,research object,research method and literature review of the subject research.The second chapter is the starting point of this article.Starting from the definition and characteristics of new media,the author discusses the changes of TV media environment in the new media era.The third chapter first expounds the connotation of the people's livelihood program and the characteristics of the traditional people's livelihood program,then combs the development situation of the TV people's livelihood program in Chongqing,and focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the people's livelihood program of the Chongqing TV station's urban channel.The fourth chapter focuses on the management strategy of streamlining the military,streamlining the government,cleverly arranging and integrating resources,including the contents of the king,the prominent theme,the program reform strategy of image packaging,and the promotion of the activity brand.Specifically put forward the development strategy of TV people's livelihood programs under the background of new media.At the end,the author believes that the creation of TV programs is a systematic project,and we need to continue to study it in dynamic systems.
