With the development of mobile Internet and the help of Science and technology,the emergence and development of the new media have been promoted.On February 19,2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping said at the Party's news and Public Opinion Work Conference that it is necessary to adapt to the trend of mass and differentiated communication and speed up the building of a new pattern of public opinion guidance.To promote integrated development,the initiative to take advantage of new media communication.Each television station responds positively,starts to embark on the new media platform construction.The rapid development of new media,breaking the traditional media monopoly pattern,has a considerable share of the market,the entire media ecological environment has undergone tremendous changes.The arrival of the new media age has changed the habit of most audiences to obtain news information.The traditional news programs are facing the phenomenon of audience loss,audience frequency decline,and advertisers being shunted by new media.As one of the most popular and influential news programs,People's Livelihood News Programme have to make some changes to adapt to the trend of new media communication.However,in the context of the transformation of enterprises and the restructuring of the system,how to use new media to make news programs for people's livelihood break out of the encirclement,be different from others,and form core competitiveness so as to realize profits,so as to promote the healthy and rapid development of TV stations and urban channels,become each big television station,each city channel's difficult problem and the predicament.In this paper,the people's livelihood news program "Urban Scene" of the city channel of Jiangxi Radio and television station is taken as the research object,combining the free economy theory and the free economy model,by analyzing the application of "urban scene" in new media,such as tripartite market model,direct cross-subsidy model,free plus charge model,and its principle and essence,explore "urban scene" in the process of building new media how to profit,whether the full and effective use of new media.Through the analysis,it is found that the following problems exist in the process of the construction of new media,including:(1)the aging of the system causes the new media to spread on the surface;(2)The homogenization of the content of the program and the lack of innovation;(3)the low cost of resource input and the difficulty of integration;(4)simplification of profit model and low profit;(5)unclear role positioning of media personnel and so on.From the perspective of Free Economic Theory,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to these problems,which can be used for reference for "Urban Scene" City Spot and other news programs of people's livelihood to realize the transformation of new media,for the media industry to form a more competitive and orderly,stable development of a sound ecological environment to lay the foundation.
