Research On Library Service Integration Mechanism For Universal Innovation

"Public entrepreneurship and universal innovation" is an important vehicle for innovation-driven development strategies.Promoting the development of science and technology is an important way to enhance national innovation capabilities.In the environment of “public entrepreneurship and universal innovation”,the service model of libraries is moving forward at a higher level which is an inevitable trend.In the new era of library services,libraries have changed from providers of information resources to collaborators of scientific research and innovation.With user demand as a center,and document information services and subject services as two basic points,libraries have become scientific research innovations “double partner”.This article takes library service as the research object,and based on the influencing factors of user's innovation behavior in the environment of universal innovation,it studies the library's service oriented to innovation.The research contents include: research on the factors that affect users' innovative behavior under the environment of universal innovation.First,the interview results are obtained through personal interview,and three levels of the interview results are coded with the theoretical model,and the model of influencing factors of user innovation behavior is built.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey on individual factors,organizational factors,innovation project factors,external environmental factors and interuser interaction factors,the structural equation model is used to carry out empirical analysis to obtain the impact of the impact factors on the users' innovation results.According to the influence factors of the user's innovation behavior,through the literature survey,this paper gives the service that the corresponding library can help to improve the innovation ability of the users,and investigates the way of the library service innovation under the innovative environment,including: teaching and training,subject service platform,subject information service,information resources databaseand creating guest space services,analysis of the current status and deficiencies of library services;according to the research results of the factors affecting the user's innovation behavior and the existing service status of the library,the service integration mechanism of the library is put forward,including the objectives and guiding principles of the service mechanism.The guiding principles are specific to the principle of user centered and the principle of knowledge service centered and systematic principle.The operating mechanism of the service mechanism includes the establishment of the theoretical model of library service integration,the introduction of the types of service integration,and illustration of the related elements of the model.The elements include education,teaching and training system,library users,collaborative knowledge base,subject librarians,library departments,external institutions,and the final evaluation and incentive mechanism,which have three aspects: the object of evaluation,the composition of evaluation system,and the index of evaluation system.The idea of library service integration mechanism is proposed in this paper.It hopes to enrich and expand the theoretical content of library service,and provide some reference for the development of library service.
