Vibration measurement devices with good performance have always been of high research and application value in the field of engineering technology.They can accurately measure the conditions of vibration signals and play an important role in production practice.Current vibration measurement devices use more PCB acceleration sensors,although they have powerful performance and rich product series,but they are all based on wired communication connections,which results in high cost and lack of portability for such measurement devices.Therefore,it is very important to design a simple,portable,low-cost vibration measurement device.The main purpose of collecting the vibration signal of an object through vibration measurement is to obtain the spectrum characteristics of the object.The vibration frequency in the mechanical field is mainly distributed in the middle and low frequency bands,which provides the possibility of using MEMS sensors to collect vibration signals.At present,MEMS sensors are widely used in motion control,and the main collection frequency range is below 10 Hz.This article uses it as a vibration measurement type sensor through calibration and research,which can collect vibration signals with a frequency of about 200 Hz.In addition,compared with traditional piezoelectric sensors,MEMS sensors have the advantages of low price,high integration,small size,etc.,which can meet t he requirements when used as a portable vibration measurement sensor.The main purpose of this article is to design the use of wireless transmission technology to connect the upper and lower computers,and realize the functions of controlling vibration signal acquisition,data transmission,frequency feature extraction and waveform display by remotely monitoring the lower computer on a handheld device.Starting from the demand of data acquisition control and processing system,this paper tests the feasibility of MEMS sensors as vibration measurement sensors.Later,a small wireless vibration measurement device based on MEMS sensors was designed.The system was designed from two aspects: system data flow reading and control,and data processing and graphic di splay after collection.The use of single-chip microcomputer technology to develop the lower computer is mainly responsible for the vibration signal.Acquisition and realization of three-axis multi-directional vibration measurement.The host computer based on the Android platform is mainly responsible for data storage,vibration signal preprocessing,frequency extraction and waveform display.Finally,the function and performance of the device have passed a series of laboratory tests and inspections.The re sults show that the vibration measurement device designed in this paper can accurately display the measured vibration signal in real time and calculate the signal frequency range based on this,which verifies the vibration measurement device designed in th is paper.The effectiveness and practicality of acquisition and processing technology.
